When you book a session, we collect:

  • Booking details (date, time, number of skiers)

  • Payment details (securely handled by Stripe)

We use this information only to confirm your booking, communicate with you, and process your payment securely.

Google Calendar Integration

Our booking system uses the Bookly app to sync with Dan Petersen’s Google Calendar—this ensures available time slots are up-to-date.

âś… We do not access, store, or request any user Google account data.

✅ This is a one-way integration that simply displays Dan’s availability through secure OAuth 2.0 API authorization.

✅ Our use complies with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

 

E-Commerce & Payments

We use WooCommerce for managing session bookings and Stripe for processing payments.

  • Your payment information is encrypted and securely handled by Stripe.

  • We never see or store your full credit card information.

  • We do not share or sell your personal data.

By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following terms:

Services Offered

We provide water ski instruction, boat driving lessons, and recreational water sports on a private Maine lake. Sessions are led by certified instructors and must be reserved in advance.

Booking & Cancellation

  • Full payment is required at time of booking

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may not be refunded

  • Weather-related rescheduling will be handled directly by our team

Liability & Waivers

  • All participants must sign a liability waiver before skiing

  • Minors must have parental consent

  • All activities carry inherent risks; participation is voluntary

Adaptive & Inclusive Access

We proudly offer adaptive waterskiing and inclusive programs for all levels. Let us know your needs when booking.

Google Calendar Use

As noted above, our internal use of Google Calendar is for syncing instructor availability only. Your account is never accessed.
