Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change—especially when it comes to summer schedules and unpredictable weather. Here’s our simple policy to help keep things fair and flexible:

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your session, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can open the spot to other skiers. Cancellations made with 48+ hours’ notice will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled session are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency or unsafe weather conditions. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Weather Policy

If we need to cancel due to weather (e.g., lightning, high winds), we’ll contact you as early as possible. You’ll have the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Rescheduling

Want to move your session? No problem—just reach out at least 48 hours in advance and we’ll do our best to find a new time that works.
